How to order

Ordering from Edu-Fax couldn’t be easier.

Order direct from this website:

• Click the tabs at the top of the site to view the titles within each category
• On the resulting category page, click on the picture or title of the Edu-Fax you wish to view/order
• On the resulting title page, if the product is available to purchase, simply click the ‘Add to basket’ button
• On the ‘Shopping basket’ page you can update the quantity you would like to purchase of a particular product by selecting from the dropdown list
• Items may be removed from your shopping basket by clicking on the appropriate ‘delete’ link
• When you’re ready to place your order, click on ‘GO TO CHECKOUT’
• Check the summary of your order, enter your delivery details and click ‘CONFIRM ORDER’
• You should receive confirmation of your order by email, within 12 hours of placing it (Please contact us if you do not receive this automated message)

Order by telephone:

• Ring our order line on 01473 652 822.

Order by fax:

• Download, print and complete our order form (Adobe Reader required) and fax back to us on 01473 652 822.

Order by post:

• Download, print and complete our order form (Adobe Reader required) and post to:
  Edu-Fax, PO Box 94, Hadleigh, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP7 9AH.

Advance payment is not normally required.

Invoice enclosed with goods.

Payment by cheque made payable to Edu-Fax or telephone with credit card details.

Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders.

Post & packing charged at standard rate for addresses outside of UK.

All inspection copies to be returned at own cost.

Publisher's Note

At Edu-Fax we endeavour to keep our publications up to date. Therefore when directives are introduced which directly affect contents and necessitate updating, we supply the updates free of charge up to 3 months from purchase. Please note, we do not charge for post & packing.
